This ranch has been owned and operated by the Nobles Foundation. It has been High fenced since 1989. The fencing is 8 feet tall with electric charged wire to facilitate in the management of wildlife inside the ranch. There is a very nice four bedroom home that the game biologist has lived in for several years. It is very good condition, very attractive, and very usable. There is another house with three bedrooms that is a frame house that is very usable and in excellent condition. There is a large metal building that is used for a teaching facility, meeting room, and sleeping quarters. This building will sleep a total of 32 people at a time. Restroom facilities are built to take care of large groups. There is a large commercial kitchen in top condition. I personally think it is going to produce great results, both in size and numbers of increase.There are several beautiful lakes that are stocked with bass, channel catfish and blue gill. These lakes provide excellent fishing. The turkey hunting is as good as it is anywhere, with excellent size and large numbers. This ranch has been managed solely for the improvement of the wildlife production. Every move has been to make the hunting and the fishing as good as it can be. It is truly one of a kind, with terrain and views that are exceptional. The rainfall is from 35 to 40 inches annually. The cover is second to none, and the hard wood trees are of many varieties. The biologist has reported that there are over 500 species of plants on this ranch. One must see this place to understand the value, and the uniqueness of this property.
