Whitehawk Meadows Ranch
Once the original homestead of the Guidici Ranch, this 80-acre parcel sits along the banks of Sulfur Creek and in the meadows below the Old Fish Hatchery parcels. A second 2.36 acre parcel is within the 80 acre parcel, and may be buildable or a new owner may be able to complete a boundary line adjustment to establish a second home site, subject to County approval. This parcel also benefited from the creek restoration project in 2009 where the creek that flows through the ranch was picked to be restored by the Feather River Watershed Restoration Committee. The project improved the wildlife habitat and added a number of beautiful ponds to landscape.
