The Owners also improved very recently part of the easement road, called Arizona Trail. Part of the road has a small strip of uphill incline. I took a picture of it. The road was named by the Pittsburg County 911 Coordinator and is not a County Road, but a legal easement road as shown on the boundary survey. The Owners installed several tinhorns, grated the roadway along their property, cut the uphill incline lower and spend thousands of dollars for all improvements. This was their dream spot.
