There are 2 small bedrooms on the first level and a 16x8 kitchen w gas stove and refrigerator. A 14x12 loft serves as storage or an extra bedroom if needed. The 20x20 workshop is a great place for storage and a well built chicken house would make a great home for any hen. The cabin offers a drilled well, shower, generator, laundry area and privy. A septic is in place should you want to use it. The herbal gardens on the property are gorgeous. Trails lead into the forest for miles of hiking & snowshoeing etc.. Graveyard Point is access to Chesuncook Lake for boating, excellent salmon and trout fishing, canoeing etc.. This is just minutes away by foot. Enjoy solitude, be at peace with nature , just as Thoreau did in his journey through the Maine north woods. Enjoy viewing bald eagles, listen to the cry of the loons, watch the moose and deer.
