There are several places where food plots could be developed and several outstanding places that could be used for new stand locations. This is basically a raw piece of land that you could develop as you see fit. Poplar was harvested from the property about 15 years ago. The re-growth could possibly be harvested again in a few years. The regeneration of the forest has definitely been beneficial for grouse, turkeys, bear, and whitetails. The property is in a fantastic recreational area. There are numerous lakes and rivers in MN and WI. The Gandy Dancer Trail, which is a 92-mile trail that travels along the Minnesota/Wisconsin border, is about 25 minutes from the property.
