HOPPER SOUTH (Listing #4340): 360 acres total; timber consists of native pine and hardwood on rolling to steep terrain on Tweedle Mountain. Ocular estimate of 500 tons of pine sawtimber, 1,800 tons of hardwood sawtimber and 6,000 tons of hardwood pulpwood. Excellent recreational tract with mountain vistas and off-road vehicle trails.
