SPECIAL FEATURES: This tract is actually separated into a 200 acre +/- tract and a 297 acre +/- tract that are on the same road. Each tract is loaded with game and provides a land owner multiple habitats in which to hunt them; from the hardwood swamp bottoms that border the Conecuh River, to the Oak and Hickory ridges full of fall and winter time forage, and up to the planted pine hilltops with all the summer time forage for wildlife you can think of.
