Browns Mill Creek Tract

The Browns Mill Creek Tract is located in Northern Pike County near Troy. Access is available via Browns Mill Creek Road. There is an established road system through the property that extends from Browns Mill Creek Road (County Road 7761) to the north west portion of the tract. Established in 2002, there is a pine plantation of 59 acres on the Browns Mill Creek Tract. As the name suggests, Browns Mill Creek runs throughout the property. The open pond area along Browns Mill Creek, which is a beaver pond, is excellent for duck hunting.
