The 564-acre tract is host to abundant native wildlife including deer, turkey, ducks, dove and a variety of small game. It has been managed intently to produce the best possible habitat and features well-established food plots, tree stands, a year-round supplemental feeding program, mineral licks, and much more. An eight-acre field, located near the west boundary of the property and bordering a hardwood creek bottom, provides an ideal setting for a great dove shoot.
