Phillips Road 145 Farm

The Phillips Road 145 Farm is 180+/- acres with 132.21 FSA Cultivated Acres with the remaining acreage in hardwood timberland. All tillable acres are irrigated with four irrigation wells. The farm has excellent soils consisting primarily of Henry Silt Loam, Calloway Silt Loam, Loring Silt Loam, and Marvell Fine Sandy Loam. These soils are versatile and can produce most any crop but are best suited for corn, cotton, and soybeans. The farm has been in cotton most years with some fields in a rotation of corn and soybeans. The farm has cotton and soybeans planted for the 2024 crop. The remaining acreage in hardwoods makes a great place for deer stands on the edge of the fields. This farm is a fantastic small investment farm property or a great addition to any existing agricultural holdings in the area.
