Turkey, bear and other hunting opportunities are provided with this unique property just south of Willow Lake and east of the White River Refuge. The property has excellent access from the White River levee (Phillips Road 549) in Phillips County. The White River is approximately mile west of the property as its channel is just across the levee from the western boundary of the 181 acres. There are a number of spots blinds and deer stands could be added to increase the hunting opportunities. Wading and hiding in the timber and buck brush has also proven effective.
