The Potts tract is 835 acre tract containing 835 acres of timber with approximately 350 acres of sand bar accretions which are not mapped with the Land of America map but are reflected in the maps shown in the picture section. The tract is on the Mississippi River in Phillips County Arkansas. This is a prime hunting area for monster whitetail deer while serving host to an outstanding deer, duck, and turkey population. The deer herd has excellent cover in cut over timber lanes and the Willow thickets along the MS River. There is 17 acres of cropland protected from the levee which is currently in production. The 17 protected acres could also serve as a great lodge site for your new camp. There is an additional 40 acres of cropland on the unprotected side of the levee which could also be farmed or used to attract your next trophy buck or gobbler into range. There are additional food plots and roads in place ready for you. The surrounding area consists of neighbors practicing the latest wildlife conservation practices including the legendary Laconia Circle where the White River and White River Refuge meet the Mississippi River.
