The tract is located about three (3) miles east of Perryville. Access is frontage on Highway 216. Timber consists of native hardwood and pine. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of 67 acres of merchantable native hardwood and pine (eight cruise lines running east and west) in July, 2020. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
Pine Sawtimber: 1,544 Tons
Pine CNS: 252 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 812 Tons
Pine Topwood: 491 Tons
Gum & Misc. Sawtimber: 953 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 2,089 Tons
