Great recreational camp conveniently located only 6 miles from I95 and only 8-10 miles from the town of Bangor. This 12x30 camp has a drilled well with hand pump in the kitchen, grey water system for the sink, propane heater, propane lights, propane stove, and nice outhouse. The interior of the camp is finished in pine. This camp comes with everything in it including bunk beds, blankets, sheets, some tools, kitchen table, paper goods, dishes, utensils and silverware, etc. Pack your clothes and food and enjoy using this camp immediately. The camp has room for expansion. There is a screened in porch on the front of the camp that could be converted in order to make a larger kitchen. There is also a closed work shop in the back that could be converted into another bedroom. The lot has plenty of space for friends and family who might want to bring there own campers and enjoy a weekend as well. One can enjoy the walking trail that circles around the land and comes back to the camp. The lot is heavily wooded with predominately hardwood. In autumn, when the leaves have fallen off the trees you can see Etna Pond from this lot. Just a 1/2 mile away (you can walk or drive) is a common area on the pond for camp owners to enjoy with a dock. Across the pond is a boat launch. You could launch your boat there and tie it up at the common area of the pond. The bottom of the pond is hard, therefore making it great for swimming. There is a snowmobile and ATV trail that runs by the property. This lot has great road access, great lake access, and is ready and perfect for a family getaway immediately.
