Current Lessee has the 1st Right of Refusal. Leased acreage is currently leased for a term of 1 year, beginning April 1st, 2022. After expiration of the initial term, the lease shall continue from year to year, unless terminated by a separate written agreement or by statutory termination notice served by either party on or before September 1, as directed by SD law, effective the following March 1st.
