The north tract consists of 1,120 acres and contains grassland and CRP. There are two separate CRP contracts. 166.5 acres of CRP provides payment of $7,097 per year and expires in 2020. 305.5 acres of CRP provides payment of $10,133 per year and expires in 2031. The remaining grass acres are currently being grazed. There is a set of working pens and multiple wells for cattle (possible irrigation) on the property. Catfish Draw runs through the north boundary of this tract and feeds two seasonal ponds.
The south tract consists of 160 acres grassland and is just one mile south of the north tract.
