The property is a mixture of pine plantations and native timber stands. Approximately 62 acres having been planted in pine plantation in 2015, estimated 40.8 acres planted pine plantation in 2013, and approximately 22 acres of 1990 pine plantation.

There is an estimated 32 acres of native pine and hardwood running along portions of the eastern property boundary, with the southern portions of the property containing an estimated 62 acres naturally regenerating hardwood bottomland. An additional estimated 39 acre portion of bottomland was reforested in Cherrybark and water oak seedlings in Feb, 2015.

Water:

The southern boundary of the property meanders with Murvaul Creek, and offers multiple sloughs traversing across areas of the southern portions of the property.

Utilities:

No utilities are currently installed on the property, but community water meters are located on CR 121, and electricity lines are located just north of the property boundary at county road 1212.
