It is approxiamtely 5 miles from the town center of Boonveille, 10 minutes from Beattyville and only 20 minutes to Jackson. This area has many nice creeks, benches and ledges and trails are throughout the property. There are about 5-7 acres of level open land perfect for year round living or a weekend getaway. There is an abundance of deer and turkey making this a suitable hunting and recreational spot.
