This tract is 5-7 year old planted pine on mostly rolling ground with a small creek and a small bottom with hardwoods. The property is on both sides of a blacktop road allowing the potential to divide into a north tract (approx. 15 acres) and a south tract (approx. 45 acres).

The south end of the tract is where 2 gas lines run across east-west. These make good locations for deer stands and food plot areas to take advantage of the deer and hog hunting this property will provide. A small creek bottom near the southwest corner has some acres where the water has killed the timber and also has some nice sawtimber size whiteoaks and wateroaks for the wildlife and to make the tract pretty.
