Take Hwy 143 north out of West Monroe (Whites Ferry Road). Go to Old Wall Lake Road which is approximately 3 miles after you cross D'Arbonne Bayou. At Old Wall Lake Road and Hwy 143, you are on the SW corner of the property and the property is on both sides of the highway. Along Old Wall Lake Road, the property is on both sides for approximately 1.1 miles.
The 20 acre parcel is directly across the highway from Old Wall Lake Road. It lays to the west of hwy. 143. You can see flagging at the north and south corners at the highway.
The 20 acres is all that laying west of Hwy. 143.
