There are 4 miles of High Fence Enclosure, with 5 ground blinds and 4 tower blinds available. There is varying terrain, sloping to steeply sloping in the creek drainage basin in the west, level to gently sloping in the east, and a Stream (which is a tributary of the Sturgeon River) meanders through the west. The property contains cedar-wetlands (NW and SW), dense pine forests, open forests, hardwood ridges, steep slopes, a stream, small pond, 40-Acres of tillable land, several openings, meadows, access trails (about 7 miles of trails), a dozen food plots, and wildlife corridors. Natural feeding is well managed here, with a dozen food plots planted with two types of grazing alfalfa, chicory, and clover; Chicory and clover planted along power line; Rye and wheat planted by shaded area blind. The Herd has an outstanding genetic background, and natural breeding on the ranch produces Big Frame/Big Body Typicals. There are approximately 225 Bucks and 75 Does here. All hunts are fully guided, and there are three classes of hunts -- Supreme Bucks (160 - 230 & up gross SCI) -- Medallion Bucks (Mature bucks with scores ranging from 150 - 159 gross SCI) -- and Management Bucks (119 - 149 gross SCI).
