The eastern end of the acreage is made up of high rolling hardwood ridges. Lots of nice oaks, maples, poplars and beech trees adorn the ridges. One ridge in particular provides a panoramic view out over the wooded wetland area that follows the creek across the parcel. Along the southern edge of the property there is a very nice hard surface gated driveway / road that leads deep into the property and eventually ends at a retired brine well location. Numerous deer and turkey have been taken by the owners of the property, and there are many runways full of tracks that wind thru the entire acreage. Good population of ducks and deer use the creek bottom and wetland areas along it. There's a very nice deer blind nestled on a pine covered ridge north of the house just waiting for you to use this fall.
If you've been looking for a quiet wooded getaway location close to home, you need to come walk this one. Possibly fix up the current home, or maybe build a new one perched back in the pines and enjoy the wildlife. Property has been recently surveyed, and well marked.
