The Camp tract is located approximately three miles northwest of Stephens and is described as pt. of SW of NW , Section 1, Township 15 South, Range 20 West, containing 41.32 acres, more or less, Nevada County, Arkansas.

Harvey tract (Listing #4262): Timber consists of a 2008 pine plantation planted on 8X10 spacing after spray, burn and rip site prep. The plantation is well-stocked with pines averaging eight feet tall. Terrain is rolling providing all-weather logging potential. Pine site index averages 88 feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loam soils. Access is via woods roads with pipeline crossing tract. Excellent timberland investment and deer hunting.

Camp (Listing #4264): Timber consists of loblolly plantation on 32 acres that was planted in 1994 and thinned in 2008, plus seven acres of 2007 pine plantation. Access to tract is via woods roads. Terrain is rolling. Pine site index averages 94 feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loam soils.
Merchantable Timber: Based on the inventory conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services in June, 2011, estimated tree counts and volumes are as follows (32 acres merchantable plantation):
Pine Sawtimber: 494 Trees; 19,900 Board Feet; 240 Tons
Gum Sawtimber: 16 Trees; 1,500 Board Feet; 13 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 4,001 Trees; 246 Cords; 657 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 506 Trees; 36 Cords; 109 Tons
Kingwood performed a variable radius 10 basal area factor prism point cruise (one point per acre) on the Camp tract in June, 2011. Cruise lines ran north and south. Due to variations associated with sampling, utilization standards, and scaling practices, the above tree counts and timber volumes advertised in this notice cannot be guaranteed.
