Soils consist of Guyton silt loam with site index for loblolly averaging 85 feet (base age 50). Contains 80 acres, more or less. Tract contains pine plantation established in 2000, streamside management zones (SMZ), and mixed pine and hardwood regeneration areas. Access is by woods road and old tram. Sanders Creek and Brushy Creek pass through tract. Shares a corner with Warmack Middle Tract.
