Check out what our photographer had to say about the property:
The property has no nearby utilities (aside from large lines far off) but is situated in an incredible area as far as views go. The mountains in the distance, combined with the tranquil surroundings, make this an amazing area to build an off-grid ranch. The neighbors in the area were in pre-fabricated buildings (e.g. converted sheds with solar panels) or trailers with porches and other features built up around them. The adjacent property had a water cistern on the property, so it is likely that potable water is being trucked in and not piped.
The west side of the property was raised higher than the road surface by several feet. One of the pictures in the camera 2 folder shows my pickup truck parked on the road to give you an idea of the difference in elevation. I was able to climb up from the road onto the west edge of the property and walk to all four corners. The west side was fairly flat and grassy, with some shrubs and trees. The middle of the property was raised up a bit and was more of a rocky, built-up area.
