Notes from photographer: This is a nice plot which sits along a well-formed two-track road. This is just a few miles from the town of Woodruff. Nearest major services would be in Holbrook only about 20 minutes away. There are no neighbors near here, and electricity is possible, maybe about 1 mile away. Cell service was pretty constant. The South side of this parcel is elevated and begins an overlook toward the Valley to the South.
