Other associated deed references indicate that the southeast corner of this 7.74 acres lies about 92 feet north of the centerline of the 100-foot-wide transmission powerline right-of-way located on the tract to the south of this one; thus the southeast corner is about 42 or so feet north of the north boundary of the right-of-way. If these are the corners then the property has approximately 600 feet of road frontage; this figure is not guaranteed.
