The CRP contract expires at the end of 2012 and there is one final payment of $51,538 which would go to the new owners, if the property is purchased by January 1, 2012. After January 1, the final payment would be prorated.
The entire property is fenced and the fences are in good condition and cattle worthy over the entire ten miles that surround it. A professional fencer was hired in 2009 to come in and make repairs, including redoing gates and wash outs and anchoring all fences where necessary. The fences are the only improvements on this property.
