AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION: The property includes approximately 540 acres of Canadian River bottom land. The 6 pivots are capable of irrigating the tillable land, as well as, approximately 100 ac of improved forages. The 2 pump stations are rated at 3900 gal/min each and enables the system to run 4 pivots at one time. Additionally, the existing natural gas well provides a much lower lift cost than diesel alone. Midland 99, Wrangler, K-31 fescue, triticale, arrow leaf/ ladino clovers and multiple ryegrasses have all been planted under irrigation. The soils are composed of primarily fine sandy and fine silty loam soils located in the river bottom area providing up to 8 AUMs/ acre. The ranch is fenced into multiple traps and pastures to facilitate rotational grazing.
Approximately 415 acres are currently in row crop production rotating between soybeans, wheat and corn. Recent average yields have been 50 bu soybeans, 50 bu graze-out wheat and 175-200 bu corn.
