A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to establish the contract sale price. 10% of contract price is required down, per parcel, and is due day of auction payable to Lepi and Associate Trust. Down Payment can be in form of Cash, Personal Check, Bank Check or Business Check. Winning bidder to close within 30 days.
Buyers are responsibly for County Auditor Transfer Taxes ($3.00 per thousand), recording fees, deed preparation, and all other costs associated with closing.
