This property is located in Morris County, approximately 132 miles east of Dallas off of I-30. It lies west of US 259 on the north side of CR 3340, mostly in Morris County. The northwest corner of the property is near I-30 in Titus County. The ranch has approximately 3.25 miles of frontage on the White Oak Creek Wildlife Management Area. Wildlife includes deer, duck, hogs, and an abundance of small game. The live creek bottoms have been fenced to improve wildlife habitat. There is a 40-acre wetland project developed with Ducks Unlimited for waterfowl. The ranch is Level-3 in the Deer Management Program with an extended either-sex season for wildlife management.
