 Method of Sale: The sale of this property will sell with a reserve. Property will be offered in 5 Parcels.  The auctioneer will determine the bid increments. Multiple rounds of bidding will occur. Property sells in the manner that nets the most for the Seller.

 Earnest Deposit: 20% deposit required day of auction with the signing of a Lashley Land and Recreational Brokers, Inc. purchase agreement.

 Closing: Cash or Certified Funds due upon closing, which is to be on or before December 10, 2015.

 Possession: Full possession of the property will be given upon closing, December 10, 2015.
