Location: This productive cattle ranch is located in the Heart of the Texas Panhandle. The ranch is approximately 40 miles north of Amarillo, near the progressive community of Dumas.

Terrain: Elevations range from 3,300 feet in the creek bottoms to 3,600 feet on the elevated uplands. Two scenic creeks run through the ranch. Large mature cottonwoods are common throughout the creek bottoms. Much of the ranch has an open appearance, and the sandier country has a good mix of sage, sumac and plum thickets.
Water: The ranch is exceptionally well watered by live creek water, eight operating windmills, one electric submersible well and seven solar wells. Additionally, a 10-15 surface acre lake is located on the ranch. Recent water studies indicate commercial quantity water, with production rates as high as 750 gallons per minute, are located under the ranch.

Hunting/Recreation: Antelope are common in the open rolling plains country, with deer and turkey found in the creek bottoms and more protected areas. Historically, this area is well known for quality quail hunting.
Improvements: There are no structural improvements other than fences and livestock pens.
Remarks: This is a good working cattle ranch with the added benefit of hunting. Two operating wind farms are located in close proximity to the ranch. All wind rights and water rights will convey. There are scattered gas wells on the ranch and no minerals are available.
