2.There is a large earthern collection pit located at the pivot point which is equipped with a booster pump powered by a natural gas fueled Caterpillar engine. All of the wells pump in to this pit and the booster pump pressures the sprinkler system.
3.A mid 90s, 17 tower T&L Sprinkler with long drops spaced on 60 centers and 11.2 X 38 tires (tall). According to the owner the sprinkler went through the EQUIP program the first part of June and was nozzled at 1300 GPM for the balance of the 2011 season.
The owner states that 1300 GPM can be provided to the sprinkler by the three irrigation wells equipped with turbine pumps with the fourth well (sub) being a spare and that in his estimation the sprinkler could be nozzled for 1500 GPM utilizing all four wells.
4.There is a metal grain bin on the property with a storage capacity of approximately 10,000 bu. This bin would be very useful for wheat seed storage or other commodities.
There appears to be a very steady demand for 5 to 20 acre tracts in close proximity to urban areas in the Texas Panhandle with pavement access.
