The irrigation well in the northwest corner is not presently in use and is available for installation of a domestic pump for cattle and/or house water. The turbine pump has been pulled and moved to the new irrigation well (second well) at the pivot point on the west circle.
The third well on the property is located in the northeast corner of the property just west of the house and is tied in to the pivot point of the east circle.
The east pivot point and the west pivot point are tied together so that both of the irrigation wells can be used in either sprinkler. The current owner is presently running one sprinkler at a time utilizing both wells.
Natural gas is piped to all three wells on the property; we are told by the Seller that the northwest well which is not presently in use for irrigation would accommodate a submersible electric motor and pump with a natural gas powered generator to produce electricity to power the sub.
The new well on the west quarter at the pivot is equipped with a turbine pump, gearhead and a rebuilt, natural gas fueled Caterpillar engine placed on the well in July 2011.
The northeast well is equipped with a turbine pump, gearhead and a natural gas fueled 454 ci Chevy engine.
The sprinklers are pressured by the turbine pumps with no booster pumps.
According to the owner the sprinklers are equipped with GPS guidance systems monitored by Pivot Trac -Dalhart, Texas, both sprinklers have been gone through, tires and gear boxes replaced as needed and the EQUIP program has been done on both sprinklers.
The residence and barn in the northeast corner has been sold off together with approximately four acres.
West County Road G. is a paved, farm to market road one mile north of the property running east and west and the Buddy Cline Road is paved to within 3 miles to the south of the property.
