There are three irrigation wells in use on the property. According to the tenant the southwest well is equipped with a turbine pump powered by a 60 HP vertical hollow-shaft electric motor, the southeast well is equipped with a 30 HP submersible electric motor and pump and the north well is equipped with a 60 HP submersible electric motor and pump.

Section 201 is farmed approximately of the section as dryland and native grass (see Farm Service Agency information attached) with, according to the tenant, two domestic wells equipped with submersible electric motors and pumps for watering livestock.

Due to the fact that both sections are fully fenced with a very good barbed wire fence this property will lend itself well to a combination farming and livestock operation.

These two sections of Panhandle farmland and native grass are located in a very productive area with great potential for crop and livestock production.
