You can draw deer tags most of the time in this unit with 1 point for 2nd rifle and 3 points for 3rd rifle seasons. Access is one of the best features of this property, the deer and elk make their way down from the high country to feed on the grass coving this property and surrounding BLM land. The habitat and feed give them a great sanctuary. With countless streams running through the surrounding property, it isn't unusual to see hundreds of elk and dozens of deer right off this land.
The improvements are a 30X45 shop with lean-tos on both sides to cover all your vehicles and equipment.
