Time to spend some evenings setting by the campfire watching the stars. Maybe hanging a big whitetail on the buck pole. Time to start making some memories.
Seller currently owns 50% of the mineral rights for this property and does receive some monthly income from gas wells on surrounding properties. The mineral rights are not included with this sale, but are negotiable.
