Starting the west side along the road there sits a smaller grass trap that would make a great calving pasture. Heading east farther into the property you start into the pasture where a once farm field has been established into bermuda. The bermuda grass lays on a south facing slope along the winding creek bottom that cuts the property. From the south end of the property the creek starts north and along it towers some large hardwoods with several mature walnuts. Being primarily rock bottom the creek flows clean and clear for wildlife and livestock. There are several pinches and funnels that would make great tree stand spots in between pockets of cover. Going east of the creek bottom starts into thicker ground cover with a slight topography change into some hills and bluffs that angle south west. The bottoms consist of a lot of class two soils and would grow excellent food plots. Along with that, the hills on the east side of the property make great wind blocks and protection from the elements for livestock and wildlife.

One of the unique aspects to this property is the access from the road, you can come in from the west or drop in through the top of the property from the north. It's a quick drive to Neodesha, Independence, or Cherryvale KS and sits 2 miles off 400 highway.
