Sycamore Valley Golf Course is a 18 hole, 5700 yard golf course with driving range located between Independence, Ks and Neodesha on 75 Highway. Four ponds for irrigation of greens and fairways covering 171 acres of rolling SE Ks land with some prime building locations available on course. Clubhouse and storage building for carts and mowing equipment plus cart storage rental bldg. Two water meters for small home, which needs remodeled or torn down on course and club house.
