Extensive riverbank work done ten years ago has eliminated any erosion possibilities along the 1059 +/- ft of river bank. And the large boulders brought in for this project created natural habitat for lots of fish including the ever popular small mouth bass.

The west side of the property borders the National Forest where you can enjoy walking trails or make a short trip down the road to many well known hiking and mountain biking trails such as the IMBA Epic Womble Trail, Lake Ouachita vista Trail, and the Ouachita National Recreation Trail. Also nearby are many roads and trails for adventure loving ATV riding, crystal mining, horseback riding and several natural swimming holes.

Your customers can enjoy hours and hours of swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking on the river or they can just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery including lots of flowers, trees, birds, and squirrels.
