HUNTING: The dove hunts are legendary. Just ask anyone who has been on one. Its the location and gravel that bring in the doves and if done correctly these fields can be shot at least 3 times a season. The property is loaded with trophy deer and turkey as one might expect from a river tract with rich soils, hardwood drains, open fields, and plenty of bedding area. Very few areas in the State can boast about hunting ducks and harvesting both woodies and big ducks.
