A broad stream generally 20 feet in width, Turkey Creek has provided water for livestock over the years and sustains other aquatic life with opportunities for fishing. In recent years the farm has primarily been used for cattle and has fencing and cross fencing to support operations. The old home has been in disuse for nearly a decade but could either be brought back to life or repurposed for a new project. The red metal roof seems to be in good condition and has helped keep the home stable over the years. A number of structures aid in the farming operations including a barn and sheds. The old corn crib stands near the home as a testament to days gone by.
