Excellent deer, duck and turkey hunting and fantastic fishing nearby. Water frontage could be developed as lots for sale. About 120 acres of flooded green timber when White River at Clarendon gets to 22 feet or higher. Farmland is on ridge that does not flood unless river gets to about 28 feet.
