This +/-40-acre tract lies about 1.25 miles north of Highway 41 and has prescriptive easement access through other landowners. There is some merchantable timber left along the hillsides and along the flowing stream that runs through the tract. A steel rail car bed provides access across this stream to the main part of the tract. The majority of the timber is 4-year old loblolly plantation.
This is an excellent timberland and hunting tract in a very secluded area. One half the subsurface mineral rights will be transferred upon a sale.
