You're the master of your own creation out here. You can pay to pull power to your land or build a solar home. You need septic, but you already have a working well! We had it personally inspected by our local professional. Paperwork available upon request. We also had the water tested for contaminants and everything passed. You'll get anywhere from 1-10 gallons per minute with this well, so don't think of a huge farm idea unless you drill another well or build a huge cistern.

There is a well house on the property and a gate upon entry- you will need to make appointments if you wish to walk the land, but you are welcome to drive up to the gate anytime.

Please note: We have some trail cams installed- so don't go peeing on our bushes...haha.

Temple Bar Marina is just North of you as well as Greg's Hideout if you want to get to the cold Colorado River water and sport around. Lake Mead National Park is also a few minutes away and the Joshua Tree National Park. BLM is all around, South Cove is a fun drive up north, where the Colorado River exits the Grand Canyon & Starts to Form Lake Mead.
