Directions:
This property is in a great location with easy access near Yucca, AZ. There are two main routes to reach this property. From I-40, you can take the Alamo Road exit, then follow Alamo Road for around 20 or so miles to reach Shadow Lane. Most of this road is a well-maintained wide dirt road. Once on Shadow Lane, head west until you reach Tom Mix Road and head South. The NE corner of the property is denoted by a small brick driveway entrance. The other route, if coming from Phoenix, is to drive to Wikieup along US 93 and turn left (west) onto Chicken Springs Road just past a Chevron Station. This long, winding mountain road will run about 13 miles before reaching Alamo Road on the other side of the mountains. This is not a difficult road to cross but is precarious in some places due to the width of the road and lack of guardrails at higher elevations. Same as the other route, drive until you reach Shadow Lane then head west to Tom Mix Road. We do NOT recommend using Google Maps for this route.
