(Next to the Colorado City Airport).
Terrain: Sandy soil with shinnery oak, mesquite, hackberry, and wild plum. This type of
terrain provides a great habitat for quail and other wildlife. There is a good stand of native grass with very good management practices. Grasses included, Texas winter grass, little blue stem, side oats, blue grama, buffalograss and many more.
Water: There are 4-6 water wells and one stock pond, some of these well waters are piped around the ranch to many quail waters which helps all wildlife on the ranch.
