Water: There are six electric water wells on the ranch, some producing good quantities of water. There are four pipelines that utilize these wells for quail waterings, which are currently in place on the property. These waterlines are of good PVC construction. Hunting/Recreation: The ranch has been setup for quail hunting, and the bobwhite quail populations on the ranch are excellent.
