This is a fine piece of property, 142 acres, located on I20 just outside of Colorado City. Located at the intersection of I20 and CR260 the property provides an easy on and off access to I20. It could also serve as a depot to the railroad with the tracks running parallel with the southern border. Its in an unincorporated area so most any business can be located there. The location is only 3 miles west of Lake Colorado City, 7 miles from DT Colorado City and 33 miles east of Big Spring. About two thirds are cultivated crop land and one third uncultivated. City water is available to the property although not present at this time. A well serviced the property back in the 70's n 80's but is not operable today. Water may still be available via a new well, but its also available from the local water district.
